My current role as Group Principal for the KINGS Education Group established in 2009 to build a better Myanmar, having achieved over 20 years of excellence in education. I am heading the KINGS Education Group that owns KINGS International Schools and Colleges for all current branches and future entities owned by the group. We have 6 campuses in Thuwunna, Starcity, Golden Valley (right opposite the Rangoon Tea House), Pun Hlaing and Taungyyi. The school offers Pre,Primary, Secondary, IGCSE, NCUK Pre University & A level programs. The school follows the EYFS & Forest school concept for the Early years, the British Cambridge at the Primary & Secondary level. I am a seasoned Senior Educational Leader with sound academic experience and an expertise to work with the Management & Boards to run and operate educational institutions, British schools, colleges and Universities. I have founded a school and led an education group as a Senior Director and Group Head of HR in Yangon, Myanmar as well.

I am a behavioral scientist with over 20 years of work experience as a corporate trainer, academician, and HR specialist. I am a Ph.D. & MBA in HR with a post-graduate diploma in International trade. I started my career as a trainer in the BPO industry and worked with many corporates, eventually, I transitioned to Academics. In academics, I started as the position of fellow and became an Assistant Professor, I enrolled in my doctoral research program. I achieved the title of Associate Professor in organizational behavior and human resource management. I have held many administrative positions throughout my career from Head of Alumni Engagement, Associate Dean of the Undergraduate program offered in association with the University of Bradford UK, to Dean of the program. I also made effective contributions as the Director of International Programs, in this role, I led and forged many new partnerships, articulations, joint degree agreements, and study programs. I have provided a lot of support to the organization in the recruitment and people management aspects. My last role involved me to provide complete support to the Chairperson’s office and drive execution & results across the organization. I have solid experience of building, leading and scaling British international schools accredited to Cambridge. My understanding to schooling across Pre School to University makes my profile unique I have worked across 59 different nationalities and led large business houses to grow their businesses.
