A third culture kid, Karel’s first international move was to Taiwan at nine years old.  Hie international journey continued to Belgium, France, England, the US, China, Singapore and Thailand.  Earning a degree in Organizational Psychology and a master’s in educational counselling, Karel has worked in international schools for nearly twenty years. Currently working in Bangkok Patana, he appreciates the open and collaborative atmosphere of campus and uses his international experience to help students adjust to new environments and find suitable educational institutions.  Valuing creativity, Karel enjoys stepping outside comfort zone, as his hobbies include: Muay Thai, weightlifting, comedy and DJing.
