Founder of Hive Schools International and CIEO Director of International Education. Howard has more than 20 years of experience as Head of international schools and serves as school director and board member of many international schools. He currently oversees a number of schools including The International School of Macao (TIS), Canadian International School of Phnom Penh (CISP) and Canadian International School of Guangzhou (CISGZ). Through more than 25 years of experience in campus operation and management, Howard has demonstrated outstanding campus construction and system integration capabilities. He founded the Canadian Overseas Schools Association (COSA) and serves as President of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Macau. In 2022, Howard received his PhD in Education, Management and Technology at Assumption University of Thailand and has a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from The University of Lethbridge.
