Dr. Doug Grove is serving in his fourth year as the Head of School at Concordia International School Hanoi and prior to this post served three years at Concordia International School Shanghai as the Senior Director of Business Development and Interim Head of School. Doug has worked in the education field as a teacher, administrator, university professor, and university vice president. Doug has experience and expertise in the areas of enrollment, marketing, leadership, and business development within the international schools marketplace. In Hanoi, Vietnam Mr. Grove serves on the Board of Governors for the American Chamber and participates regularly in events where business and education topics intersect and are related to the economy in Vietnam. Dr. Grove completed his Ph.D. at Claremont Graduate University where he studied the effects of leadership on student achievement and school culture.
